Career Progression

• Tanvi has more than one and half decades of experience in general civil and commercial litigation.
• She has worked with several law firms and has practiced before various Courts and Tribunals.
• Tanvi has handled matters and advised clients for commercial laws, arbitration & conciliation, property laws, real estate, insolvency & bankruptcy, intellectual property, admiralty law, labour & employment laws, etc.
• Tanvi started her career with litigation practice in Pune in 2005 and after her LL.M. moved to practice in Mumbai.
• In 2013, she joined MDP & Partners where she handled general commercial litigation, company petitions, money recovery matters, loan recovery litigation and arbitration matters for TCHFL & TCFSL, due diligence & legal opinions on enforceability of financial facility documents executed between financial institutions for TCFSL and Capital First Ltd. Thereafter she joined W.S. Kane & Co. and worked on intellectual property law matters related to trademark & copyright infringement.
• In 2016, Tanvi joined Khare Legal Chambers, where she handled matters related to general commercial litigation, arbitration, admiralty/maritime law, succession & probate, money recovery matters, property disputes, NCLT matters, conveyancing, etc.
• Tanvi’s last stint was with DSK Legal where she handled NCLT and other litigation matters, advised companies on labour and employment laws, POSH Act, commercial and contractual disputes and general legal advisory.
